2. Data we process

We process data you provide directly (name and surname, email address, phone number, message or enquiry content, and any additional details you submit), and technical data collected when using the website (IP address, device and browser information, approximate geolocation, date and time of access, and on-site behaviour). Analytics data are collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

3. Legal basis and purpose

Personal data are processed for communication and pre-contractual steps (handling your enquiry, arranging a consultation or service) under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Website analytics and improvement are based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Technically necessary processing for website functionality and security is based on legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention

Communication data are stored for up to 12 months from the last contact. Analytics data are retained according to service settings (up to 50 months). Cookies are stored by type for up to 12 months. After retention periods expire, data are deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Personal data may be disclosed to processors providing analytics services, in particular Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity). We have data processing agreements in place under Art. 28 GDPR. If data are transferred outside the European Economic Area (especially to the USA), transfers are safeguarded in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, primarily through standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and not to be subject to automated decision-making (Art. 22).
